who we are
We are a small team of landscape professionals with extensive experience in guiding the conservation, management and design of landscapes large and small throughout the UK. We have helped shape some of the country's most important landscapes, including Burghley, Stourhead, Lyme Park, Canons Ashby, Runnymede, Montacute, Shugborough and Stowe. Our clients come from the public, private and voluntary sectors. Previous and existing clients include the National Trust, Historic Royal Palaces, private estates, English Heritage, Natural England, The Forestry Commission, local authorities, district & county councils, and AONB partnerships.
On the basis of our work we have been invited to speak amongst others to the London Gardens Network, the Garden History Society at Hampton Court Palace, the Department for Continuing Education, Oxford University, at an international symposium at the Maison Francaise on ‘The Protection of Historic Landscapes’, and to the Painshill Conference. We provided training to the Association of Gardens Trusts on historic parkland in association with Natural England and have also written published articles for the Building Conservation Journal and the Journal of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation.
